Rebecca Fitton, Clinician
Rebecca Fitton, LCMHC (licensed clinical mental health counselor)
received a Masters in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological
Seminary with a focus on marriage and family therapy. She is
trained as a family systems therapist but also utilizes
cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic approaches. Her
seminary background helps her integrate a faith based perspective
with clients who desire this.
She is currently working towards certification as a sex therapist.
Her general practice at Azimuth includes couples, adults and
adolescents and is aimed at decreasing depression and anxiety,
resolving relationship road blocks, increasing intimacy,
understanding identity and improving confidence.
While she has been at Azimuth for 4 1/2 years, her previous work
was as a clinician at Centerpoint Adolescent Treatment Services
in S. Burlington and as the Director of South Bay Mental Health in
Lawrence, Massachusetts.
Rebecca has been married to Kevin for 10 years and they have two
daughters. She enjoys gardening and traveling.
