How to Support Azimuth Financially . . .
Azimuth's clinicians provide counseling and support for all facets
of our community. Unlike other nonprofit mental health agencies
that receive government appropriations, Azimuth must rely solely
on our donors to augment our programs.
Your partnership will have an incredible impact on people in
need. Watch this 11-minute video for a better understanding of
Azimuth's philosophy and goals.
Donations may be mailed directly to Azimuth by printing and
completing our donation form. Payment may be made by check,
MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Also, one-time or recurring online
donations may be set up through Essex Alliance Church. Payment
options include MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and
e-Check. For more information, see Online Donations at

You can also donate to Azimuth via your workplace if it
participates in giving through United Way of Chittenden County
charities. Please call for information to establish Azimuth as a
recipient for your company's charitable giving campaign. IBM
employees may specify Azimuth Counseling, code 0N472.
All individual donors will receive an annual giving statement
suitable for tax purposes. Those donating through other
organizations such as United Way or Essex Alliance Church will
receive statements directly from those organizations.
